About the family Vidas
"Not all those who wander are lost"
Since the 80ies owns the family Vidas - a gastronomy family from Pag - the beautiful Magran Estate with a typical dalmatian stone house, where they have run for many years a classic rental business. Since the youngest generation - the lovely couple Ksenija and Enej - took over the management, they decided to elevate this special place to another level. So has been born the new Magran project.
The renovation and refurbishment project took nearly one year from the planning until the realisation. The new Magran Estate awaits its guests with elegant beach house flair and excellent services from the first moment until the last - sealed with warm hospitality.
Outdoors
The villa is surrounded by spacious terraces on 3 sides, with different spaces - like the lounge with comfy sofas facing the sea, the right side al fresco dining area with a huge stone BBQ with pizza oven and the left side with chairs.
From the terrace, stone steps leading down to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and pool-bar.
Few steps from the pool area lead you to the tennis court, playground and to a bathroom with shower and toilet.
From the tennis court area 150 meters long natural path leads to the magical private beach bay with 2 boat berth places and bar for amazing hours by the crystal-clear turquoise sea.
The Magran Luxury Estate awaits you with decent villa staff – chef, housekeeping and villa manager will take care of you during the stay.
The Villa
The beach-house style villa offers a living space of 250 sqm with 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa is surrounded by large covered terraces with comfortable sofas – offering a great place to enjoy the beautiful view and the orange sunsets over the Adriatic Sea. With access from the kitchen, you can reach the covered outdoor dining space with a large built barbeque. Behind the elegant dining room and kitchen-bar is also a professional kitchen. The living area with comfortable sofas and game corner is opening with French doors to the covered terrace. The 5 bedrooms have each its own shower bathroom and access to the terrace on the other side of the building.
